It’s important to provide us the most accurate information when filling out the form.
1. Remember to provide full name of the recipient for our records.
2. If you want to send them the Gift Certificate to their email, then enter their email twice
3. DO NOT enter their email address if you do not want to spoil your surprise.
4. You may enter your own email add so you can receive a PDF copy of the GC.
5. You will be given the option to print the GC at the end of the procedure.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate
- Gift Certificate recipients just need to give us a call with their gift certificate number.
- This number is located on the actual gift certificate.
- We will add their gift certificate package/credit to their own online account for immediate use.
- Lost Gift Certificates can still be redeemed.
- We just need the complete name of the person who bought the gift certificate to verify.
Important Note: Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. This ensures that the gift receiver always has a whole season to take their tennis lessons!
