Private Lesson Availability

Monthly & Seasonal Privates for Summer 2010:

• Wednesday: 5:25pm

Additional dates and times may be added. Please contact us to for updates if you’re interested. We have 60 minute lessons available to purchase. If you are interested in doing a 30 or 90 minute private lesson for your child, please call us to check availability.

Monthly/Seasonal Session Vs. Single Reservations

1. Monthly/Seasonal Session Reservations: Lessons can be scheduled for a 1 month, 4 lesson package or seasonal, 8-9 lesson package. These lessons will occur at the same day and time each week for the duration of your private lesson package. As of right now private lesson package sessions must start at the beginning of each month.We have more time availability for these and prices are discounted for these packages.
2. Single Lesson Reservation: One off private lessons are available for purchase only if we have an open spot as a result of a lesson cancellation by an session private lesson.  We do offer these as single private lesson reservations but there is less time availability.

Scheduling Your Private Lessons

Lessons Available

Private lessons can be done in the following settings:

• 1:1: One-on-one Private
• 2:1: Semi-Private Duet
• 3:1: Semi-Private Trio
• 4-6:1 Private Group (4-6 people)

Location Information

Our SoHo location is an indoor gymnasium at St. Patrick’s Youth Center on Mulberry Street. This facility is only available for youth group and private lessons.

Pricing

Single & Monthly/Seasonal Rates

During Tiny Tennis time slots, we offer 10% off your child’s private lesson.  Please call for private lesson availability.

These lessons are only designed for Tiny Tennis or beginner Mini Aces students.  In the Quickstart format, Tiny Tennis will take place on a Tiny Tennis court (36’) and Mini Aces will be on a Mini Ace court (half court).

Make Up Policy

Due to pre-reservations we must make with the facility, there is a MAX of 1 lesson cancellation per 4 lesson, or 2 per seasonal package that can be canceled and rescheduled per package session.  You can instantly and easily cancel your lesson via your online account at www.myinfo.BumbleBeeTennis.com.

Cancellation Windows

• Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to the lesson’s start time in order to be eligible for a make up lesson.
• Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will incur a $29 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible to be made up, credited, or refunded.  Even if you will not be making up the lesson, notification for the instructor is greatly appreciated!

Weather or Facility Cancellation Policy

If your lesson is canceled due to a facility issue, you will be notified via automated voice message AND email.   Please be sure to keep your profile contact information updated for this reason.

You can also check the Class Status Bar located on the right of www.BumbleBeeTennis.com’s homepage for the latest class status.  Generally we don’t know if classes have to be canceled due to weather until the day of, usually a few hours prior to the lesson.

• Monthly/Seasonal Reservations Make Up Plan: Your make up lesson will automatically be added to the end of the session, to take place at the same day and time as your regularly scheduled private.  If for some reason this is a schedule conflict on our end or your end, we will try to find another time.
• Single Lesson Reservation Make Up Plan: A single private lesson reservation credit (the same one you purchased) will be added to your online account.  You can use it to schedule another private single reservation for another day and time.
