Outdoor Courts Time frame: April – November 2010, 2011 and on; Saturdays & Sundays, 9 AM – 3 PM. Indoor Gym Time frame: December 5, 2010 – April 3, 2011; Sundays, 9 AM – 12:15 PM. WINTER SESSION DIRECTIONS:
- Make sure to proceed to PS 40: Salk School of Science Indoor Gym for your child’s lessons. Entrance is on E 20th St.
- The door/gate should be open, but in rare cases that it’s not ring the door bell at least twice and the security guard who will point you to the right direction towards the gym.
- Through the cafeteria and outside the courtyard.
- Once you get into the other building, the gym is down the hall and to the right.
- Or you can go to the other side for the building and enter through the E 19th St Entrance
Address: Peter’s Field, E 20th Street & 2nd Avenue, New York, NY 10010. It’s across the street from Salk School of Science along E 20th Street and across the street from Markewich Maurice Reese along E 21st Street.
Directions: This location is convenient to the 6 train to 23rd Street or the L train to 3rd Avenue.

Space Type: Tennis court courtyard in open park space, shared space with the public. This tennis court is located in an open park space that we are permitted to use. However we still have to share the space with others in the park. Although we will do our best to prevent any interruptions occasionally other park goers do walk through the lesson. Generally this does not affect the quality of the instruction. If this situation does concern you can look into our other locations where we have a complete private enclosed court space to ourselves: Greenwich & Midtown West
NOTE:We bring tennis nets and our own equipment, therefore you wouldn’t be able to see the full court setup if we are not there.
